Non Refund of Ticket

I bought a ticket for Delhi to Guwahati from a travel agency at Delhi to fly on Spice Jet Flight No.893 on 17/10, and also another ticket from the same agent to fly on Indian Airlines Flight No. AI 9751 from Guwahati to Dimapur on 18/10. On reaching Guwahati Airlines Officials told me at 10pm that my next days flight was cancelled and that my ticket will be refunded to the agent. After a few days my friend at Delhi by the agent that the Airlines officials are saying my ID and my presence is necessary for the refund, how this is possible to spend another 30 K to 40 K to go to Delhi to refund Rs.1960/-.This is purely an act to harrassment meted out to me for no fault of mine. Will they give justice or just ignore the whole issue by keeping quite and pocket it shall be published in a National Paper shortly alongwith copies of the tickets.
