NON REFUND OF CANCELLED TICKET

I booked online ticket as guest through Air India site on 16.03.2011 for booking date is 10.04.2011 from Jabalpur to Delhi. I have cancelled the same on 07.04.2011 by Jabalpur airlines office. But till date my account was not credited by refund amount from which i paid at the time of booking.

so please look into the matter and proceed my refund at the earliest possible.

I make complaint through mail to ecommerce@airindia.in on dated June 1 and June 24.06.2011 and also complaint to and ialcshq@airindia.in on dated 02.07.2011 but no response received so far.
