Non-availability of cylinder since 45days

Sir,

Since 1&1/2 months I am suffering from non-availability of LPG GAS Cynlinder after booking 09//02. The authorised agent of Hanseswari Gas Services is not responding and is not supplying the gas. Also they did not book when my gas was exhausted and they told me to inform after 15 days I shall be booked/ call for. They are actually entertaining after 20 days since the gas cylinder was vacant. Such type of situation I have been sufferring from since six months more. Please You may kindly take a necessary steps such irregular service.
