EXPIRED CYLINDER

Today (04.03.2011) a vendor come at my house with a cylinder for delivery which has already been expired A09 (e.i. March) as per your guidelines. I refuse to accept the cylinder then vendor asked that you can talk to agency office for the purpose. He aslo said that I have no other valid cylinder for delivery.

02. After that I called to agency office on telephone, he replied that media has made a confusion among the consumer about the cylinder validity that date is not expiry date that is the date of testing and also said that you can talk to INDIAN OIL.
