Diff in Billing date and supply date

Dear Sir

My consumer No 42077 and I booked for a cylinder on 19/10 and the Dealer (M/s Vigneswar Enterprises) has billed it on 3/11 Bill No :1466. When I called for my cylinder by 4/11 they told already sent and it will come today and this happen again and again. Due to this guy we had the food in hotels for many including Deepavali. Finally we received the cylinder on 11/11 but in the bill it was mentioned as 3/11. What happened in between days whether it was Original cylinder supplied from IOC or he got in some local guys? or he sold in local market and exchange it from other. This is the service that you are dealer will offer and will you will allow this.

As per your paper advt you have given that there was no time frame for booking the next cylinder especially those 23 days and this guy is instructing that it will be supplied only after 30 days, then if its so why you have given the advt.
