MISMANAGEMENT

MY wife was comming fron howrah to delhi byduranta exp on dated 21.05.2010.(Tania Maity (Paul), PNR no-6438906869). This tickit was booked on 28-4. But at last time when chart was prepared, its statas is RB4 15). how can she came from howrah to delhi 24 hours (1600 km) on setting position.

i booked tickit 1 month later from the jurny date, however this tickit was not conformed. why extra cotch was not attached due to lots of RAC kota, s & waiting list kota. if passenger paid full payment why they are not facilited toatly.

if this problems are not solved & passenger are harrasment due to proper seat allotment system, late running, late arrivile, late departure, fooding systen then its result are reflect next election.
