Not received Refund

I have booked the ticket in the month of May for 4 persons from Erode to Vijayawada. At the time of booking the ticket was fully waiting list and after the chart preparation one ticket was confirmed and other passenger was waiting list. So we did'nt travel on that day and I filed TDR through IRCTC for refund for the same next day. After continuous follow up with IRCTC form last 6 month my effort went vain. I am really tired for the continuous followup.
