Not getting money of refund

Myclaim for money of refund reached your office on 22/02 having no.3971/72. In march I myself reached your office where Iwas told that my refund"s file had been sent to finance department due to absence of sign. of office head of refund office, it was sent back. Again after reaching in refund office, I was told that it will be sent to me soon. But till now it has not been sent. So, you are requested to enquire about the matter and send full refund money with interest.
