Not Refunded after TDR filed

Sir/Madam,

I claimed the money refund against the tdr filed on 14/12 for the status passenger not travelled. but Indian railway didn't approve the refund and said the case is repudiated. As per their records passenger travelled on ticket.

So what should I do? how will I prove I was not travelled...

Only thing that I may have is the mobile phone conversation during that duration of journey...
