Refund for failed transaction

Hi,

I tried booking a ticket from Howrah to Rourkela and the Transaction ID: 0320084622 was generated. Money was deducted from my bank account but still my Ticket was not generated (details pasted below).

This is an extremely disgusting situation and I need my money refunded as soon as possible. Such poor service is not expected from such a renowned organization.
