Not Getting Refund

Hello

I booked a ticket of JAMMU TAWI from Jaipur To Jammu for 24-12.

but train cancelled due to Gurjar Andolan. But i m not getting refund.

i have filled the TDR on 27-Dec and according to railway rules Its been more than 90 days but the refund is not been issued yet.

I have already mailed on care@irctc.co.in, etickets@irctc.co.in and tdrprocess@irctc.co.in 2-3 times regarding this issue.
