False TDR Claim (So called)

Filling of TDR against untravelled ticket under PNR Number 2408730009 was declared by railway as false case. When I submit my clarifications that I had actually not travelled on the ticket and the discrepancy is on the part of railway itself the concerned user id i.e. "prvn1959" was also deactivated subsequently without hearing my voice in this regard. Even after making all the possible efforts I could not convince the railway authorities that no body with high reputation will opt to file false TDR just for Rs.300().
