Could not able to climb up in train as doors were closed

On date 30.10.2011

I have reservations for Train No.12170 Pune Intercity Coach No. D6 Seat No 85 & 86. and forward journey of Train No 12526 coach no D6 Seat No 62 & 66.

At boarding point in Kurduvadi station, we could not able to get in the train as coach was full with passengers & doors were closed from inside.

After requesting to station officials they did not manage to help us. Thus the train left the station keeping us on platform. We caught bus & reached destination next day at 10 am.

We suffered mental & physical harassment due to railway's mismanagement.
