Delay in delevery

I booked a bike on 01/11 on luggage ticket no:-A02837 at alwar rly station in rajasthan for sainthia (W.B.). but after 15 days i did not geted delivery. not only delivery of bike but also i have not enough information about my bike that where is it? its route was ALWAR to DELHI and DELHI to HOWRAH after this HOWRAH to SAINTHIA.

but where is it how can i know?
