Ticket Issue

I have booked the two (2) I-ticket on 16/11 and following are the PNR no.

4223409842 and 4223409670, and boarding from New Delhi to Jammu Tawi (JAT)

which train schedule time was mention in the ticket is 4/12 time is 23.16 but train leave the station 04/12 time was 12pm, I don't know it was possible for same, I have request for cancellation in the counter but staff said you have to cancel through Internet only and which is I -Ticket is not possible through Internet... request you to suggest me, I have full proof for same and I can Represent you
