Taken Double Money Charge Of single Ticket

I have Booked Tatkal ticket from indian railway site 'irtc'. on 10 feb at 8:54 am.

from Bhusaval to Patna jn. its pnr no is 8539596329 and Transaction id is 0307028894, journey date 12/02. sir when i got the mini statement of my ATM debbit card i can see the money will taken from raiway double of charges Rs521 at same time

So, please refund my money immidiatly.my user id on irctc is amanmintu
