Complaint for the ticket num. 0421369596

Passengers with the Ticket no. # 0421369596 and PNR No # 4335625005 were not treated well in the train by the train staff. They were not provided with any pillow or blanket for which they are eligible. This is really disgusting because in winter they are not provided with the basic necessities (pillow and blanket) even though they are eligible for that.
