Issuing of local train tickets at Tambaram

Respected Sir/Madam,

This is in regards to the long standing Queue at the Tambaram railway station for issuing the Local Train tickets to the people. I notice that though there are 2, 3 counters for issuing tickets, but theres just one working counter where the train tickets for passengers are issued daily. People stand in such long queues in the morning. I dont understand why the railways is so irresponsible on simple things like this. People stand in the hot sun just for one ticket. when the people travelling in the train are loyal and doing their duties as an obedient Indain Citizen... why cant railways reciprocate in the same way.

Please consider this as a humble request and open few more counters at least during the peak hours of the day!!!
