Tatkal booking discrepancy

The person sitting at the reservation counter no. 2 at the extension counter at sector-2, salt lake, kolkata-64 gave a wrong information at 8:20 a.m on 12.10.2010 that there were no tatkal seats in sleeper class in train no. 2837 (puri-howrah express). He said that the currebt status was 149 (WL). but when i checked the internet at about 9:00 a.m still there were seats available. I found that this was done to aid the agencies for his own personal interest. Please look into the matter since the common people are getting harassed by such incidents.
