My name is Lenoy Paul (9321156343) and I need your help in raising a concern with IRCTC I had booked a ticket to travel on 27Aug 10 through IRCTC website from Mumbai to Nagpur Train 2101/JNANESWARI DELX Transaction ID: 0245215276 PNR No : 8246556885 total fare Total Fare: Rs 1931.00 however this train was delayed by 7.5 hrs had my travel plans were cancelled. I raised a TDR on 28th Aug and i was give a refund of Rs 965 as per railway rules if your train is delayed for more than 3 hrs a passanger is entittled for complete refund. I have been following up with them however they have not given me a suitable respones request you to please help me with this.
