REFUND AGAINST WAIT-LISTED e-TICKET

Sir,

My wife and I had a wait-listed e-ticket as per the details given below. We did not get berths on the train, and were told by the T.C. that the refund against the e-ticket will come electronically. It has not come as yet. Please expedite.
