TDR filed and refund not done

This is with regards to pnr 8252486364 wherein the ticket charge is 1340 and refund made is only 670 .passenger name is Rajendra and Savithri. Date of travel was 22nd of march

This is with regards to pnr 8152845035 wherein the ticket charge is 670 and refund made is only Rs 335 .passenger name is rekha, Date of travel is 22nd of march.

For Pnr no 8353404375 refund is still not done though TDR was filed. Please note for all 3 pnr passenger was not able to travel due to the rail roko strike by Jaath community and they were not able to travel to delhi as the train travelled only till jaipur, from jaipur there was no train connectivity as per the station master in the kurla station. Due to this none of the passengers travelled, pls let me know as to why only half the amount has been refunded instead of the full refund as it was the mistake of the railways and not ours.
