I am travelling on 16328-Korba-Trivandrum Express on 13 June, when I booked the ticket in AC 3rd classs my waiting list was W/L-11 and it gradually came down to RAC-1 a day before as a usual procedure. But when the chart was prepared the current status is W/L-13 which is totally unethical.
I also filed a compliant in Aluva station and the station manager also has no answer to this situation. This is a very unacceptable and I would beg this careless Indian Railway atleast not to repeat this in the future with other passengers.
