AC not working in AC2 coach of train 15028/MAURYA EXPRESS

This is to bring to your notice that train number 15028 travelling from Samastipur to Ranchi has a malfunctioning AC-2 Tier coach in which the AC did not work today from the start of the journey.

The entire boggie has become suffocated and I am carrying a child aged 5 months for whose health such a condition is detrimental.

We book AC-2 tier tickets for nothing but airconditioning facility, and if this is not working then what is the point of spending thousands of rupees?

None of the junctions, Samastipur or Barauni had the facility to repair the malfunctioning AC!! So here I am, travelling in a closed and suffocated compartment after spending Rs 2102!!
