Ticket refund on cancellation

PNR No.8160098769, Train No.12101 Jnaneshwari Delx. Dt.of booking: 08.09.'11, Dt. of boarding: 17.9.'11- LTT to NagpurNGP) Berth No. S4/26 & S4/29 cancelled on 17.9.2011.

Reason for cancellation: Train was late by more than 3 hours (scheduled departure 20.35, expected arrival 4 a.m.).

Amount refunded only Rs.280/-, whereas as per rule when a train is delayed beyond 3 hrs., the full amount is to be refunded. Please refund remaining amount.
