NON REFUND OF TICKET AMOUNT

Dear sir,

I have filed TDR on 3/12 with ref. no-ekt2010123001852750 about not travelled in train no-2872 Ispat express from Jharsuguda to Tatanagar. The PNR no. was 6447912881, eticket type having transaction id-0278746420.But after 13 months the amount has not been refunded. After several reminders no fruitful result comeout. This shows the efficiency and justice for the service of rail towards there passenger.

This is for your information and necessary action at the earliest please.
