Tdr amount not fully credited

Dear sir/madam

I had booked e-ticket to bangalore from malkhed and due to telagana strike the train was diverted and did not come to our station and as per railway

rules i filed TDR and i was suppose to get the full amount i.e 400/-Rs but i received only 119/-Rs. No reason was mentioned.

May i know what went wrong.
