Refund amount of Cancelled Ticket

I had cancelled my e ticket Transaction ID - 0500688080 and PNR no- 2435781574 on 02/06. It has been almost five days and the amount has still not been refunded to my account. I would ask the concerned autorities to look into the matter and help me.
