Non receipt of refund

I had to board train no 15635 from Jamnagar to Kanpur central on 29 apr.the reservation did ot get confirmed and it was stuck on waiting list 10 when the chart got prepared. Till date i have not got the refund. My ticket deposit receipt no is 450925.my PNR no was 825-4681328 and train ticket no was 49420868.Refund of Rs 998/= is still due. How much delay more will be there? I had send reminders to Chief Commercial Manager but still there is no reply.
