Efund Amount zero for cancelling Tatkal ticket

Sir,

I reserver train seats in tatkal quota on 8th June for the journey on 10 th June from Bangalore to Gulbarga with PNR No :4318330218 and Transaction ID: 0219221650 . But due to personal reasons i cancelled tatkal confirmed tickets on 10th June morning at 10:15, but after cancellation the refund amount displayed is Zero.

Pls look in to the matter for refunding amount (1027 Rs) as it is not fare to deduct all amount when those cancelled seats are alloted to some other passenger.

Hoping for needful action fro refunding the amount
