TDR refund

Dear Sir/Ma'am

i have filed the TDR on 03/11 for the PNR no - 4231754301 & Transaction ID - 0373078260.

Till date i have not received the refund of the same in my account.

today i received 1 mail from TDR TEAM as given below:

REGRET Dear Customer, With Reference to your PNR No:4231754301, we regret to inform you that refund is not admissible as informed by Railways through their letter no: IRCTC/ETKT/ 11/06.02.12/SER and the reason being : 16164-SER/6 Refund was not claimed within prescribed time. The case is repudiated. In case you require any further assistance, please mail us at tdrprocess@irctc.co.in or call us on 011-23345900 With regards, TDR TEAM...

And todays itself i forwarded one more mail to them as given below

Dear TDR Team,

With refer to your mail dt 27/02 regarding NON REFUND of PNRNO. 4231754301 mentioning that TDR not filed within Prescribed time.

please note that we can filed TDR within 30 days of departure of the train. and my train was schedule on 22/10 and i filed TDR on 03/11.

Further i want to informed you that as per the E-ticket rule, if any ticket after preparation of charts remains WAITLIST will automatically get Cancelled. In my case out of 3 passenger, 2 passengers were on Waitlist only till the train Departure.

So at-least that amount i should get refunded if not the whole..

but as per as railways rules i am eligible for the full refund.

please let me know if aam wrong any where.

as they already taken 4 months to process and now saying your refund can be made becoz of not submitted on prescribed date.

this is absolutely incorrect.

please get me my money back
