Message received with cash memo but cylender not received yet

Sir,

I have book my cylinder 30-6-12 consumer no 23300 & booking ref. no is received 239990. I have one more message cylinder has been delivered with cash memo no 4127 date 16-7 but cylinder is not received at home. I complained in agency but no response given. Plz short out my complain
