Refund not received

PNR 135-0592196 tatkal TICKET WAS BOOKED against credit card on the Railway counter (Pune) amountign to 2640.

and since the ticket was in waiting list we couldnot board the train and the same has been submitted on teh counter for refund and it was stamped by the clerk and we have sent the tickets for refund. We have not recieved our refund in the acccount nether no update has been received.

Have mailed and discussed the same with the care care@irctc.co.in.

No update has been received and no one is helpful in this matter.
