TDR amount not received yet

I have filed 2 TDRs on 29th September' 2009 with PNR Number 4110742591 and 4523190080. The same was Forwarded To Railway on 6th Oct' 2009 and I don't see any progress after that.

I have raised TDR against Passenger Not travelled.

I have already sent a mail on this in the month of July’ 10 and even 3 days back. I do not see any change in progress even after sending mail also.

I am not at all satisfied with the service provided by IRCTC.
