REFUND OF TICKET CANCELLATION

Dear Sir,

I booked a ticket from Allahabad to Bhubneswar vide PNR NO.-2209853463 dated 20.08.2010 in AC-III class for journey on 14.10.2010.Ticket was in waiting list. I cancelled the ticket on same day. Total amount was deducted for this booking was Rs. 3972.00 but after cancellation railway only refunded Rs.968.00 that is not correct.
