Payment deducted but the ticket not issued

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have booked ticket to return from SHIMOGA TOWN to BANGALORE (SBC) on 14th June. While in booking, the payment is deducted from my ANDRA BANK DEBIT CARD, but the ticket is not reserved. The browser redirected me to " REDIRECT=https://www.irctc.co.in/cgi-bin/bv60.dll/irctc/booking/bankresponse.do? com.broadvision.session.new=Yes& "

Please let me know what I should do to get my ticket?
