Money debited but Ticket not generated

Hello,

i tried to book a tathkal ticket for train prashanthi express from bangalore city to eluru town..after entering the bank details of andhra bank i got as "REDIRECT=https://www.irctc.co.in/cgi-bin/bv60.dll/irctc/booking/bankresponse.do? com.broadvision.session.new=Yes&"... i didnt get any ticket generated..the amount was debited...

please respond me how i can get back my money to my bank account..
