IRCTC FAILED TRANSACTION BUT MONEY NOT REFUNDED

Dear Sir,

I had tried to book one ticket on 5th July for Journey on 6th July from Bhopal to Indore.

Pnr Number: 0 Transaction ID: 0523115058 Train No: 59390

Train Name: BPL INDB PASS From Station: (BPL) To Station: (INDB)

Date Of Journey: 06-Jul Class: SL Boarding: (BPL)

Resv Upto: (INDB) Date Of Booking: 05-Jul Total Fare: Rs 101.0

101 Online booking charge=112 which is deducted

But the transaction got failed and money not refunded into my a/c till now and the status is showing

Refund Details

Payment Not Received From Bank.

But Payment had deducted from my a/c with
