Dear Sir,

I had booked 1no. ticket thru IRCTC on dtd. 20/08 from Patna to Ranchi vide PNR No. 6331163481, Date of Journey 21/08 and passenger were unable to catch the train / didn't traveled. Then I filed the complaint in TDR filing procedure. Still there is no response.

TDR details are herewith:

Dtd: 24/08

Amount. Rs. 389.00 INR

It is already 09months gone and the file is only forwarded to railway. Amount is very small, but the response from IRCTC is very poor.

Please arrange to refund the amount / status for further process.
