Excess charge taken by railway

Sir..

i had booked a ticket on 04/07 through e-ticket.bt when the msg came from my bank (state bank of india) and it shows that it has been debited twice.plz look into the matter.my booked ticket's pnr no. is 4119118385 and my debit card no. (S.B.I.)-6220180021200257281.

kindly let me know if there is any progress in the matter on the address given below.
