Reversal of INR 814

I have been a regular user of your website for my travel bookings, but this time it was a sad experience. I was booking a ticket (Tatkal Quota) from Mumbai to Ahmedabad on 30 June for 2 July and in the process your website failed to confirm my ticket, but was smart enough to debit my funds (Rs.814/-) immediately. I then contacted your call center immediately and they advisd me that the funds will be credited to my account by yesterday (end of day) which has no happened yet.

As the above booking was unsucessful, i have given another try and this time went well and i had sucessfully booked the ticket in Gujarat Mail (Train No. 2901).

However, it leaves me worried for the first attempt as you have charged for me for nothing, but unnecessary hassles due to the extraordinary job by your website. Hence i request you to credit INR 814 to my account at the earliest.
