Password Changed for IRCTC Login (Unable to reset)

Dear Sir/Madam,

Today when i try to logon to irctc using my login credentials.

Its through error message as 'Invalid Username or Password'

I am using this login for more than 3 years and I am sure i have not changed my password.

Also i doesn't remember the 'Forget Password' answer.

Kindly help me to reset the password for my irctc login

Since I have some upcoming planned journeys and those tickets are present in this login.
