IRCTC
NON CREDIT OF CANCELLED ETICKET

I have booked etickets (Reservations) through IRCTC.co.in on 02.09.2010 with PNR No.8402651936 and PNR No. 8246802722 by making payment through my OD account by on line banking system. Unfortunately our programme cancelled and I have cancelled the above PNR mentioned etickets on 03.09. but I am very regret to say that till today i.e. (09.09.2010) IRCTC have not credited the refund amount Rs. 635/- and Rs. 1397/- in my account.

Please take the matter with IRCTC urgently to refund the amount.
