Irctc with agent login is very slow

Hello sir,

my name is amol ghodake, i am irctc auth. agent in solapur, last few months i have booked ticket with irctc agent login but server is very slow, i can, t booked ticket in time. in booking time name of city when filled option are not come, to show error on page.
