IRCTC
No response during tatkal booking

Dear Sir,

Please just put hold on irctc site, as whenever i book ticket at 8:00 am in morning in tatkal, it will never open and will show service unavailable. But before 8:00 am ie upto 7:55 am and after 8:15 am it will not show any response during this 20 minutes, and meanwhile all tatkal quota tickets will be booked during this 20 minutes by all agents and railway authority.

I dont understand whether this things are for common people all to make fool them because they are of no use to us.

Please take some strict action against them or i will lodge a complain in written in state/high court against irctc organization.
