plz look at the matter that IRCTC was wants to provide the phone no of the passengers while booking ticket through agent. This wasa such a redecullas information wants by IRCTC. There are many problem faced by agents by this rule. The first problem is that while you go for the cancellation the system of irctc wants that phone no while cancellation, that was a tough thing to remember the passenger to provide the same no, the other problem we have to faces that some passengers are continues changes the no. if his ticket was booked three months earlier, it impossible to remember in his half to remember that three months back which no was used by him. the other problem was to rise that some people doesn't exposure his/her no. The other problem arise that in that the village & small town girls & women doesn't give there personal no.
