Online ticket booking

Hello, today i was trying to book e-ticket in BIHAR S. KRANTI train number 2566 for 11-12 in the name of Rajnish singh but Unfortunately after the payment was made through SBI payment gateway, the error, "https://www.irctc.co.in/cgi-bin/bv60.dll/irctc/booking/bankresponse.do? com.broadvision.session.new=Yes&" came up without giving me information about the generation of the ticket. However the transaction of money is confirmed by the message on my mobile from bank.

This is really embarrasing situation and IRCTC is expected to help me at the earliest with the ticket.
