Deducting extra money from bank account without representation

Dear sir,

I booked two tickets from howrah to dehradun on the doon express on 8th December from the irctc website. The first transaction id was 0283184054IG35346446 and the second transaction Id was 0283185767IG35346703. The bank details are provided are provided below. However I had some urgent family business and had to cancel both the tickets. Problem lies in the fact that one of the transaction 0283184054IG35346446 is not being shown in the irctc website as cancelled (there is no representation of that transaction on the IRCTC website). However the money has been deducted twice from my bank account. Kindly see to it that I get my refund money in the shortest possible time.
