Noncancellation of my e ticket

Dear Sir I had an e ticket for the journey from Patna to Bokaro Steel City on 16.12.2010 by train no. 8623.For some unavoidable reasons I had to cancel my ticket. On attempting cancellation a message given that ticket would not be cancelled as the chart has already been prepared. I consulted Railway no. 01139340000.They advised me to file a TDR.As the purchased tickets details were not found there on the TDR page of IRCTC the process of filing could not be completed. You R requested to make my refunds back.
