Cancellation charge

Dear sir/madam

i would like to know the exact rule for cancellation charge. i cancelled a ticket for two persons in AC of which I paid rs.140 (TRANSACTION ID-0284281803, DATED 4-01-11). Again i cancelled a ticket for one person for which i paid rs. 80 as cancellation charge (TRANSACTION ID-0293568915, DATED 7-01-11).

I tried to go through the rules in your website but that was not very elaborative.
